Admission Information for Nigeria Police Academy (POLAC) 10th Regular Course 2023/2024:
We are happy to announce that the Nigeria Police Academy is currently accepting admission applications for the 10th Regular Course. Here are the educational requirements for the 2023/2024 academic year:
- The Nigerian Police Academy only accepts O-level results from a maximum of two sittings.
- Your SSCE result should include at least 5 credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics.
- You will need to sit for a written interview and pass the exam.
- A JAMB score of at least 180 is required.
- You must choose the institution as your first choice.
Application Procedure for Nigeria Police Academy Admission 2023/2024:
- All applicants must take the entrance examination, which will be computer-based.
- The exam consists of different sections, such as mathematics, current affairs, general knowledge, and English language (Section A).
- Section B of the exam will be based on your chosen course or discipline.
Nigeria Police Admission Portal and Other Information:
- There are 19 designated centers nationwide for the screening of candidates. Further information will be provided later.
- When coming for the exam, make sure to bring the following items: Examination Card, Acknowledgement Form, current JAMB Result Slip, and two Postcard size photographs (3.5×5 Inches). Remember to write your name, Examination Centre, State of origin, and signature on these items.
- Available programs include various Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (BSc) degrees in fields such as English, Nigerian Languages & Linguistics, History & International Studies, Law, Accounting, Economics, Management Sciences, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Computer Science, Forensic Science, Mathematics, and Physics.
- The application form costs 3000 Naira. To apply, visit the Nigeria Police Academy website at http://www.polac.edu.ng, generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) code, and make the payment at a bank.
- Note that all applicants must have a JAMB registration number and achieve a minimum score of 180 in their JAMB examination.
- Applications should be submitted online, and don't forget to download your acknowledgement form after submitting your application form.
