MINISTERIAL LIST UPDATE

The Senate has announced the anticipated date that President Bola Tinubu's ministerial list will be prepared. According to Senator Michael Opeyemi Bamidele, the Senate Majority Leader, the list will be submitted within the next 48 hours. Bamidele shared this information during a birthday lecture and book presentation in Abuja on Tuesday. He mentioned that Tinubu personally informed him of this development earlier that day. Tinubu expressed the need to focus on finalizing his ministerial list, which is why he couldn't attend the event. He requested prayers from Nigerians for guidance in making the right decisions regarding his choice of ministers. Once the list is submitted, the Senate will commence the confirmation process for Tinubu's ministers. It is important to note that the president is required by the constitution to submit his ministerial list on or before Friday, July 28th.
