10:55'.   Introduction of the National executive to the high table

11:01'.     The National secretary addressed the issue of languages allowed in the Congress.

He said the language can contain, Yoruba, Ilupeju dialect and the lingual Franca (English)

11:03'.     Opening Prayer by High Chf. Olu Aduloju, the Oloja of Iloro District 

11:05'.    Com. Stephen Ogunleye, the MC of the day led the Anthem of Ilupeju Ekiti 

11:08'.  Self Introduction of the National executives, district co-ordinator, branch representative and quarters. 

All the quarters were represented in the Congress.

11:13'.    Welcome address by the National President

In his Statement he said "his first project is selection of 3 youths in the community to learn soap making.

2. He said the regime gave out 2 grinding machine for a person in each ward.

3. Also the regime were able to help the widow.

4. in the education line he said students in the community were given free NECO slot.

5. Job Opportunities, the president said 26 youths were given federal work/appointment, also 16 were given state work/appointment.

6. And also the building of ICT center in the community which he outline the building process.

7. He also mentioned the shops built, that the regime were able to build the rooms Successfully out of the 8 shop build Successfully to some certain level.

8. Medically, the youths paid about 3 people hospital bills. With half payment of countless sick patient bills, especially those that operation were carried out on.

9. Formation of 4 Branches, which only 3 were already inaugurated.

10. The regime also tried their best in eradicating of smoking among the youth by organizing lecture for the youth.

11. Formation of Usher for the youth as a means of job opportunities.

12. Formation of security among the youth in the community as a means of job opportunities."

He then advises the youth to set aside sentiment while choosing the national executive. He advised to let choose those who can perform well.

At the end, he thanked everyone present in the congress.

11:35'.    The MC open the hours for reactions, dialogue, constructive criticism, 

11:36'.    Mr. Ogunsola Seun stood up and praises the Regime, especially the President to keep doing the work and most importantly that the President to go for another regime 

11:40'.     Mr Oluwaseun Adesoro also thank the President for the good work, and he also address the issue of the executive that are not performing well, that committee should set out to super seed the constitution, so they will be able to remove such executive.

And also that the constitution should be read out in the congress ground for corrections.

11:43'.     Also Iron lady stood up and thank the President for giving her and two of the usher work at Federal university Oye Ekiti.

11:45'.   Egnr Ope Adesoro. Also raise concern over co-ordinator issues that to avoid stress more awareness should be done to encourage people to partake in the coming election 

11:47'.      Mr Kayode Okira, also thank the President that he should continue the good work and to continue calling for Congress relentlessly

11:50'.    Mr. Miniru also thank the President for the formation of security among the youth. He also made it known publicly that some have be employed in the civil defense service through the work.

11:53'.      Mr Oladele Sanya from Ilese Quarters, advised the president and the regime to give support to the incoming executives

Total of 83 youths attended the Congress as at 11:56 am.

11:57'       Mr Lati, the LCDA Tricycle General also give praises to the regime.

11:58'.      Mr Taiwo Fabusuyi, asked the electoral council to please the read out the post zoned to ward 1.

12:00'.      Mr. Sola Oniyelu, also give praises to the current regime and the President. He said he's aware of the achievement of the Executives that there are even some that are not mentioned in the President statement 

12:06'.     Mr. Gbenga Adegun. Also pinpoint the employment of over 40 youth through the help of the Youth president.

12:21'.      Mr Hugo. Addresses the issue of offices zoned. He said it's in this congress ground that the youths are endorsing the President for the second term.

He also said that no body zoned any Post to any District 

12:42'.     There are grievance from the youth of Ward 1 over the constitution. For the opportunity given to the presidential candidate to pick a Vice President of his choice.

12:47'.      The President in the Congress passed a validation that each ward should meet to share the offices among each quarters in each ward
