NEW: ELDER BANJI OGUNGBE ELECTED AS IDA PRESIDENT

Ilupeju Ekiti Development Association, declare Elder Banji Ogungbe as the Elected President in today's election.

The Election started around in the afternoon following the shifting of the election date because of the change in Nigeria Election date

The electoral Chairman. Mr Francis Ibimuluyi before the election addressed the multitude and promise a free and fare election and mostly a transparent one.

The delegates chosen across the town were invited to to vote in the presence of the citizens who attended the event.

All issues were addressed by the Chairman before the election takes place. 

After the vote Count, the electoral Chairman declare ELDER BANJI OGUNGBE as the winner of the Election, With 65 votes ahead of OTUNBA STEPHEN OJO with 8 votes 

The elected president ELDER BANJI OGUNGBE then address the people present and thank them for their support and he promised a good administration.
