The Maxi Exchange have completed their takeover of Aita Fc, succeeding Aita Development Association as owners of the club.
The Maxi Exchange have officially been confirmed as the new owners of Aita FC, beating off the competition to complete a deal worth N100,000 Naira
The group were confirmed to have passed the IYDA Football Competition Owners' and Directors' Test and the IYDA approved the takeover of Aita Fc, with Aita Fc confirming the deal in an official announcement.
In the Players WhatsApp Forum They wrote: Maxi Exchange has completed the sale of Aita Football Club and related companies to Maxi Exchange led by Gbede Boluwatife John Paul.
"Following this announcement, the Board of Directors and senior staff at the Club immediately commenced work on the sale transaction. FOLO MEDIA, a Local Media House chosen by Aita Management to run the sale process, has significant expertise and experience advising premium sports clubs on mergers and acquisitions and advised the owner and the Club in the process."
Gbede Boluwatife John Paul the Owner of Maxi Exchange Said " I want to build the team and take the Team to the level at which it will be heard in the whole universe. There will be Match winning bonus for the players, The Goal Scorers and the Goal keeper while maintaining clean sheets."
He also Said: " I trust the Process of the Coach, Femi Abiodun and will remain and continue working for the progress of the team.
