LCDA CHAIRMAN HELD A MEETING WITH IYDA PRESIDENT

 

The Chairman of Ifeloju Local Council Development Area, Ilupeju Ekiti, Comrade Babatunde Ogunmilugba  held a strategic meeting with some youths of Ilupeju Ekiti led by the National Youth President, Engineer Femi Fagbemi

According to Com. Joseph the Assistant General Secretary of Ilupeju Youth Development Association in his message to the Youth platform he said the Resolutions at the meeting includes:

1. Better treatment for Ilupeju Ekiti in all spheres.

(2) The youths and the LCDA should work harmoniously together for the progress of the LCDA.

(3) Tenament rates that will be paid by communities that make up the LCDA must not be exorbitant for easy and prompt payment.

(4) Menara market must be properly maintained been the highest source of income to the LCDA.

(5) Transparency and accountability must be maintained 

(6) More sources of income to the LCDA must be fashioned out to cater for numerous needs of the LCDA.

(7) Adequate security of lives and properties of members of the communities are guaranteed.

(8) Youths are charged to engage in farming, while LCDA chairman promised assistance for those that are interested.

(9) Drugs and social vices should be frontally tackled.

(10) Youths/ Ifeloju LCDA plans to have football stadium .Hence, large expanse of land are needed.
