The musical Legend and icon Iyafin Ajayi Ogundana, has died at Ilupeju Ekiti, after reigning for years.
She died peacefully on Thursday at her Residence, where she had spent much of her life.
The Legend came to the world and witnessed enormous social change.
Alhaji Amusa said the death of the Legend was a "moment of great sadness" for the community and her family and that her loss would be "deeply felt" around the community.
He said: "We mourn profoundly the passing of a cherished sovereign and a much-loved mother.
"I know her loss will be deeply felt throughout the Country, the State and the community, and by countless people around the Community."
Figures of the town had gathered at her Residence after the announcement of her passing away to mourn her.
All the Legend relatives also came to pay a condolence visit.

The Wake keep will hold at Ila District Ilupeju Ekiti on Thursday 15th September
And the Burial Service at Baptist Church Ilupeju Ekiti on Friday 16th Sept.
